AI ProServices Corp. ("we," "us," "our") is a Corporation founded and operated by Michael Flores, based in Indiana. This policy explains what information we collect through aiproservicescorp.com and the services described on it, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect today
This site does not currently have a working contact form, user accounts, analytics, or tracking scripts. Right now, the only information we receive is:
- Standard hosting logs — our hosting provider automatically logs basic request data (like IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and reliability. We don't use this for tracking or advertising.
- What you tell us directly — if you call, text, or email us, we receive whatever information you choose to share (your name, business details, project needs).
Information we'll collect once booking and payments are live
As we launch online booking, payments, and the client portal, we'll collect what's needed to provide those services: your name and contact information, appointment and project details, and payment information. Payment card details are handled directly by Stripe — they never touch our servers, and we never see or store full card numbers.
How we use information
To respond to your inquiry, schedule and deliver services, process payments, and — once the client portal is live — give you access to your own appointments, estimates, and invoices. We don't sell information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Third-party services
Depending on which services you use, some information is processed by these third parties on our behalf, each governed by their own privacy policy:
- Hosting (Vercel) — serves this website
- Stripe — payment processing
- Calendly or Cal.com — appointment scheduling
- Microsoft 365 — business email and calendar
- Meta (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger) — customer messaging, for businesses that use our messaging agent service
Cookies & tracking
This site does not currently use cookies or third-party analytics or advertising scripts. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting recordkeeping requirements.
Your rights
You can ask what information we have about you, request corrections, or request deletion, subject to what we're legally required to keep. Contact us using the details below.
Children's privacy
This site and our services are directed at business owners, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Changes to this policy
We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes, and note material changes here.
