Who we are
AI ProServices Corp. is a Corporation founded and operated by Michael Flores, based in Indiana. These terms govern your use of aiproservicescorp.com and the services described on it — website builds, AI agents, and related consultations.
Acceptance of terms
By using this site or engaging AI ProServices for services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this site (including on the pricing page) are starting ranges for planning purposes, not final quotes. The actual scope and price for your project is confirmed in writing before any work begins. The Window & Door Estimator and any similar tools produce planning estimates only, not binding quotes.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Specific deposit, payment schedule, and refund/cancellation terms for a project are set out in that project's signed written agreement, not in these general terms.
Client responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on you providing the information, content, and access (e.g. hosting, domain, or account access) needed to complete the work when requested.
Ownership
Unless your project agreement says otherwise, you own the final deliverable (site code and content) once it's paid in full. AI ProServices may reference and display completed work in its own portfolio unless your agreement says otherwise.
AI agents and estimators
Our AI-powered tools (estimator calculators and messaging agents) provide informational estimates and responses based on the business's own data, and are not guaranteed to be error-free. They're built to operate within fixed limits — for example, a messaging agent will not autonomously issue refunds, change prices, or make binding promises on a business's behalf. Anything outside those limits requires a human.
Third-party services
Booking, payment, calendar, and messaging features rely on third-party platforms — currently expected to include Stripe, Calendly or Cal.com, Microsoft 365, and Meta's messaging platforms. Each is governed by its own terms, which apply alongside ours.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice. Services are provided on an "as is" basis.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI ProServices is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement according to the terms set out in the signed project agreement for that engagement.
Changes to these terms
We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever these terms change.
